Pinot Grigio is a vine widely spread in Northern Italy, which
prefers fresh soil and good temperature variations for expression
its finesse at its best. The owned vineyards are located in one
of the most important crus of the Oltrepò, in Montalto Pavese, approximately
400 m altitude. Montalto is in a fortunate situation
climate where it can benefit from the warm currents as much
of fresh ones coming from the Apennines, thus allowing balanced maturation.
